This walk consists of a steady paced walk along the Beach, at intervals throughout the walk a different exercise is performed to keep the group on their toes. They won’t know where or when. Surprise!
A good way to get the heart started, a qualified instructor will take you through a series of boxing drills. Can be done at the beach or park.

A timed exercise program, a circuit is set using a combination of strength and cardiovascular exercises, each person moves through the circuit at a timed pace along with the motivational instruction of a Jhalu Trainer. A great stress reliever!

Loads of Fun and great for team building, a range of childhood activities are put together to encourage working together as a team. These activities vary but may include Potato Sack race, Tug-Of-War, Baton Racing, Leap Frog, Tunnel Ball and the good old Egg and Spoon race. As they say Laughter is the best medicine.
