Walk along the beautiful Ettalong and Ocean Beach foreshore, Walk pace varies depending on the group’s requirements with the added benefits of a Jhalu Fitness instructor to keep the pace steady. A wonderful way to stretch the legs after long periods of sitting.

Tai Chi

This beginner Tai Chi class can be held indoors and outdoors this will harmonize and focus your energy. The moves can then be used in the workplace and at home to release stress and clear the mind.

Beach Circuit

A timed exercise program, a circuit is set using a combination of strength and cardiovascular exercises, each person moves through the circuit at a timed pace along with the motivational instruction of a Jhalu Trainer. A great stress reliever!

Fun Blast

Loads of Fun and great for team building, a range of childhood activities are put together to encourage working together as a team. These activities vary but may include Potato Sack race, Tug-Of-War, Baton Racing, Leap Frog, Tunnel Ball and the good old Egg and Spoon race. As they say Laughter is the best medicine.
