Our goal at Jhalu is to ensure that each of our clients has the “rainbow
experience”. To assist you in making the most of your Spa experience
we provide the following important information. We recommend you
arrive 10 minutes prior to your fi rst appointment. This allows time to check
in and complete the necessary health questionnaire. As a courtesy to
our other clients all treatments will be completed at the scheduled
time.
Various treatments require certain levels of undress. Your therapist
will advise you what is expected. We supply robes and disposable
undergarments for all your treatments, or you may wear swimmers.
Whilst we will take all care to secure your belongings, we recommend
that you avoid bringing unnecessary valuables to your Jhalu
experience.
Jhalu Day Spa & Fitness is located on Level 1 of the Mantra Ettalong Beach Resort - 53 The Esplanade, Ettalong Beach.
To access Jhalu from outside, visit the Mantra Reception desk and ask for a lift pass to Jhalu. Upon exiting the lift on Level 1 follow the left hand corridor aprroximately 10 metres to the entrance of Jhalu.
If visiting Jhalu from within the resort simply use your room key to access Level 1.
You can purchase any of our treatments and products online as you browse the site - just click on the 'Add to cart' button to add an item to your cart. When you're ready to checkout, just click any of the the 'View cart' buttons. To get started, just click any of the categories at the left and start shopping!
If you're wanting to purchase treatments as a gift, once you've finished shopping you'll be given the option of creating a gift voucher of your purchase - you can also purchase a gift voucher for a specific dollar value (see below).

Jhalu is open for Spa treatments from 9AM till 6PM depending upon demand, however we are available for bookings outside of this time if enough notice is given.
The fitness area is open from 7AM till 9PM Thurs (Fri till 8:30PM), Sat 8AM-6PM and Sun 8AM-1PM.

Arriving late will unfortunately limit the time for your treatment. Plan your special time out and ensure you arrive on time to experience the total benefits and pleasure of pampering.
What if I need to cancel my appointment...?
As treatments are especially reserved for you, 24 hours notice of cancellations is kindly requested. Cancellations less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

- 15% surcharge applies to all treatments and packages on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.
